It takes some very special conditions to produce the best-tasting cup. Our coffee beans are grown in the most renowned coffee regions of Central and South America – carefully selected by our coffee masters for the diverse flavours and characteristics they bring to our blends. And we work hard to help make coffee-growing communities stronger and more successful.

We use only 100% Premium Arabica beans because only the best beans will do. But that’s just the beginning. Ripe coffee cherries are picked at the moment of peak freshness and flavour. And once the sun-dried beans are ready, we meticulously sort and grade every single one to guarantee only the finest Arabica beans make the cut.

Tim Hortons Original blend has not changed in over fifty years and is such a secret that only three people (and we’re not telling who) know the recipe. To ensure that our coffee tastes the same from one cup to the next, our coffee team tastes more than five hundred cups per day, adjusting the proportions of beans to match our signature Tim Hortons taste.

If blending is the art of coffee, then roasting is the science. We roast our own beans at Tim Hortons Roastery locations in Ancaster, Ontario and Rochester, New York, where rotating drums are carefully calibrated to roast each blend for different lengths of time and at different temperatures to get the flavour just right.

Our brewed coffee is always brewing, so it is always made just moments before you order it. Every latte is handcrafted just for you, blending freshly ground espresso with perfectly steamed milk and delicious flavours and toppings.

“Bring it,” said our coffee masters to the full rich flavour and aroma of our Dark Roast. Perfect when you want a little more body with a smooth finish.

Decaf

With the same great tasting flavour you love, our Decaf – naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process – may be the only decaf you never get tired of.

Espresso

Made with premium freshly ground espresso beans, our espresso delivers a bold and smooth taste with subtle floral notes and a velvety finish.
