I have Diabetes. Are there any sugar free or low sugar products at Tim Hortons that I can eat?

At this time we do not have a sugar free baked good on our menu.

We do offer sweetener for your coffee and you may also wish to consider adding a flavor shot. These flavors include: Creamy Caramel, Vanilla Bean, Mint Chocolate, Hazelnut, Raspberry, and other feature flavors - each taste great when added to coffee and are also sugar free.

The diabetic diet is not just about sugar. The American Diabetes Association recommends limiting total carbohydrate, fat and sodium while increasing nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals. Please feel free to view our online Nutrition Guide for a nutrition breakdown of our products.
