Production Employee

Designated Trainer
As a Designated Trainer, your supportive nature allows you to guide, train and coach new and existing employees to ensure that every employee has the skills and knowledge to excel in their jobs. Through your demonstration of standards and procedures you produce on-going and consistent training that positively affects the overall operations.
Team Supervisor
Team Supervisors are the perfect blend of mentor and team captain. You lead your team through your shift with a positive attitude. You set an example with your outstanding customer service. You spot opportunities to improve the business and you are able to effectively communicate with the management team.
Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager at Tim Hortons you are a great trainer and motivator. You work hard building relationships with a team of diverse employees. Through your knowledge of the food service industry you are able to support the Store Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced store. You are eager to further your career and to learn more about how to manage a successful operation.
Store Manager
As a Tim Hortons Store Manager you have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Store Owner in running a successful business. You are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high standards of operation. You manage a team of employees with open communication and understanding. You have a "can do" disposition and easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. You thrive on the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!
