I think that the experience I've had here at Tim Hortons starts by having a great boss. My Store Owner has instilled training and confidence within me. I've grown to understand the business with his direction and encouragement every step of the way. With that said, I do the same to my own supervisory and storefront staff. I believe that if you have a manager that is active, out on the front line day in and day out, you will see results both with the staff and everyday dealings at the store level.
