Working as a team, our Warehouse Employees, AZ Drivers and Customer Service Departments, work closely together and are a key liaison on the front line with our restaurant owners.
Our Distribution Teams provides exceptional guest service to over 3,000 stores! Our Order Selectors commitment to quality and AZ Drivers' direct interaction with our restaurants maintains our valued relationship that will ensure continued success.
What is a day in the life like for an AZ Driver?
Our professional group of AZ drives act as the front line contact to our restaurants. Providing on time deliveries and superior guest service are the keys to their success. Not only do our drivers take pride in their work, but their committment to safety is unmatched in the industry. With deliveries occurring throughout southwestern Ontario, drivers experience a variety of destinations, but are still close to home! Our drivers enjoy the team environment and stability of Tim Hortons. Their daily focus is on safety and maintenance of our first class equipment. Our team of Drivers are proud to represent Tim Hortons on the road!

How do Order Selectors make an impact to Tim Hortons?
Working in a state-of-the art facility, Order Selectors play a critical role in ensuring the right products and quantities are shipped to the restaurants to meet the demand of our customers. Team work, safety, communication and a focus on goals are keys to the success of the order selector team. Our largest Distribution centre in Guelph houses over 200 staff and continues to grow. Tim Hortons believes in developing its staff professionally. Opportunities exist for Order Selectors who wish to advance their careers in transportation, administration and supervisory roles.
