The Tim Horton Children's Foundation is dedicated to fostering within our children the quest for a brighter future.

Across Canada and the United States 1 in 6 children live in economically disadvantaged homes¹. For these children opportunities and surroundings that promote growth into healthy individuals are often limited. A Foundation camp experience provides programs that develop lifelong skills in children. When they return home from camp, they take with them a more positive attitude about their future and the confidence to achieve the goals they learned to set for themselves at camp.

Funding for the Foundation comes primarily from donations from individual Tim Hortons restaurant owners, Tim Hortons Inc., many valued suppliers, individual donations, and from public donations collected year-round through counter coin boxes located at every Tim Hortons outlet. The Foundation's largest single fundraiser is Camp Day, when Tim Hortons restaurant owners donate their entire coffee sales and public donations from the 24-hour period to the Foundation.
