About the Tim Card

Getting a Card

Just ask your server for the Quickpay Tim Card and decide on the dollar amount you wish to be loaded on to the card. The Quickpay Tim Card is accepted both in-store and at the drive thru at participating Tim Hortons.

Registering a Card

By registering your card online you are able to access several additional features that are not available in-store, including:

Protect the balance on your card from loss or theft.
Reload your Tim Card online using a credit card.
View your most recent account activity.

Checking your balance

The balance on your Tim Card can be checked at anytime at participating Tim Hortons stores, online or by calling 1-866-TIM-CARD (846-2273).

Reloading your Card

You can reload your Tim Card at participating Tim Hortons stores, or if the card is registered, you can also:

Reload online using a credit card or
Have your Tim Card automatically reloaded, from your credit card, once it reaches a predetermined minimum.

Reloading your Tim Card online is safe and secure. We have partnered with Verified by Visa^TM and MasterCard® SecureCode^TM to add an additional level of security when you reload your Tim Card online. If your cardholder's bank is participating, you will be prompted to authenticate your purchase with a unique code during the reload process. In seconds, you gain added protection while reloading your Tim Card online.

Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card

If your Tim Card has been registered and is lost or stolen, please call
1-866-TIMCARD (846-2273) immediately. You will need to provide your card number and answer questions concerning recent activity on your account. Upon verification, we can freeze your remaining balance and transfer the remaining balance to a replacement card that will be mailed to you. Please note that the remaining balance of an unregistered card cannot be replaced even if we are notified of its loss or theft. At all times, please treat your card like cash.
