General Information
The Quickpay Tim Card is a pre-paid, reloadable cash card that you can use to pay for purchases at participating Tim Hortons stores. It is the convenient and easy way to pay!
Yes. Tim Hortons will be discontinuing the sale of our paper gift certificates in the coming months. However, we will continue to redeem our paper gift certificates.
Our Tim Cards are available in denominations of $2, $5, $10, $20, $25 and $50.
When purchasing Tim Cards through our Corporate Tim Card Program, the minimum order is 25 cards. If purchasing less than 25 cards, please visit a Tim Hortons store.
The Tim cards are bilingual, and can be redeemed at any participating Tim Hortons store in Canada or the U.S.
Tim Cards do not have an expiry date on them.
Carriers are automatically included (one carrier per card).
Purchasing Tim Cards in Canada
If you are purchasing less than 25 Tim Cards, please visit a Tim Hortons store. If you would like to purchase a large amount of Tim Cards, please read on for further information on our Corporate Tim Card Program.

Yes. An order Confirmation will be sent by e-mail to confirm your order, amount, payment type and it will also state your activation number for your order.
An activation number is a unique number that is supplied to you in the confirmation email. This number allows you to activate your cards by calling our Tim Card team with your activation number.
Call 905-339-6279 / 305-339-6217 and we will resend the order confirmation email to you. This is to ensure that the right party received the cards and is activating them.
No. We will only load the cards with the value that you ordered once you have received your cards and call to activate them.
When you receive your Tim Cards please call 905-339-6279 or 905-339-6217 and state your company name and activation code and your cards will be loaded with the monetary denomination that you ordered.
We do not apply any service fees or extra charges. Our Tim Cards are sold at face value and no tax is applicable on them.
Yes. We accept Visa or MasterCard. The other methods of payment are certified cheque, regular company cheque, Wire Transfer or Electronic Fund Transfer. When you receive your order, your receipt and invoice will be in the package.

Note: If you are making payment by cheque you we will not be able to activate your cards until the cheque has been received and cleared (five business days from when we receive the cheque).
An invoice will be sent along with the Tim Cards. If payment has been made by credit card, your copy of the transaction will be attached to the invoice.
No. All cards are shipped within 4 -5 business days from the time you place your order, regardless of payment type.
You can expect to receive the Tim Cards within 4 - 5 business days after your order is placed.
Once you have placed your order we will ship out the Tim Cards via complimentary shipping. Expedited shipping to one address is available for an additional charge.
Pick up is available for orders after two business days from date of order. Although the order is picked up you will still need to call the Tim Card line to have your cards activated. 905-339-6279 or 905-339-6217.
All Tim Card sales are final. We will not accept any returns.
Purchasing Tm Cards in the U.S.
The Quickpay Tim Card is currently available at participating Tim Hortons throughout Canada. We will be introducing the card in our US stores in the coming months. If you are not located near one of our stores in the US and would like to purchase US Tim Cards, please contact our Dublin, Ohio office at (614) 791-4200.

Use & Communication Guidelines
We do not consent to Tim Cards being used in consumer promotions or programs with conditional offers.
Please note that we do not allow for the use of our logos, trademarks, or images on any correspondence or promotional material. This is because use and reproduction of Tim Hortons logos and trademarks is likely to mislead the public into thinking that your company has an authorized relationship with Tim Hortons. Please be aware that such conduct may be an infringement of Tim Hortons trade mark rights.
As noted above, we do not allow for the use of our logos, trademarks, or images on any correspondence or promotional material. Please refer to our Brand & Logo Usage Policy for further explanation.
As noted above, we do not permit the use of any Tim Hortons images on any correspondence or promotional material. Any reproduction of the Tim Cards is strictly prohibited by law.
We are unable to print your logo on Tim Cards. They are pre-printed and pre-packaged at the same time for security purposes and any markings on the Tim Cards other than the production specifications will render them null and void.
