Mentoring and Training
We want all of our drivers to have successful careers with us, and to feel comfortable and confident in their new roles. That's why all our new drivers work side by side with our driver trainers and mentors for four weeks of in-depth training as they learn about our products and our delivery schedule. For those drivers with less than one year of experience, we offer the opportunity for extended training with some of the best drivers in the business.
