What Our Team Members Say

  • Trevor Witty
    Manager | Val Caron, ON

I think that the experience I've had here at Tim Hortons starts by having a great boss. My Restaurant Owner has instilled training and confidence within me. I've grown to understand the business with his direction and encouragement every step of the way. With that said, I do the same to my own supervisory and storefront staff. I believe that if you have a manager that is active, out on the front line day in and day out, you will see results both with the team members and everyday dealings at the restaurant level. Tim Hortons is a great company to work for; it's a great opportunity for individuals to come to work and enjoy the benefits that follow.

  • Diane O'Brien
    Supervisor | Sudbury, ON

I enjoy serving guests early in the morning. After awhile you get to know what they want and have their order ready for them with a smile to brighten their day.

  • Rita Bella
    Assistant Manager | Amherst, NY

Tim Hortons is a great place to work because of the friendly environment. Everyone helps everyone, which makes everything run smoother. The owners are wonderful too because they take the time to get to know each team member. It's a fun, friendly environment to work in.

  • Sylvie Kingsley
    Storefront | Val Caron, ON

If you like a fast-paced job and are good at multi-tasking, this is the job for you. At Tim Hortons you learn to work different areas of the restaurant and also working as a team. I enjoy greeting our regular guests daily, the fast pace of the sandwich counter and keeping the drive-thru running smoothly.

  • Lisa Shann
    General Manager | Burton, MI

It has been exciting to be involved with a franchise organization that has had such a positive impact on their employees, as well as their community. Personally, they have provided me with a challenging business opportunity and the training and development to succeed.

  • Mary Crist
    Trainer | Tonawanda, NY

I'm proud to work for Tim Hortons because I like the people I work with and the guests. We are like a family here. We all help each other and feel good about it.

  • Tammy Heitzenrater
    Baker | Buffalo, NY

I have enjoyed working at Tim Hortons for the past 10 years because there is a lot of flexibility and room for advancement. I also have met many different people over the years and made a lot of friends.
