It’s no secret we love donuts. But at Tim Hortons we believe balance is an important part of living well – that eating well and sometimes treating yourself can, and should, go together. From our delicious made-to-order sandwiches with fresh vegetables to our Egg White Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich, Tim Hortons has something for everyone – including tasty treats which are okay to indulge in every once in a while.

We also believe that our guests deserve to have access to information about the food they eat so that they can make more informed eating choices on-the-go. This is why we are informing our guests, and all consumers, about the wide range of better-for-you options available at Tim Hortons.

In addition to our Nutrition Guide, trayliners, TimmyMe Mobile App and Healthful Hints Posters in-restaurant, we have launched a new ad campaign highlighting some of our better-for-you options, and partnered with professional hockey player, Hayley Wickenheiser and professional basketball player, Tristan Thompson to help us communicate the benefits of an active lifestyle and making balanced choices when it comes to food. We’ve also revamped our Nutrition Calculator to provide our guests with all the nutrition facts needed to help make better-for-you choices on the go.
