Here are some "Healthful Hints" on how to lower the fat content of some of the products sold at Tim Hortons:
At this time we do not have a sugar free baked good on our menu.
We do offer sweetener for your coffee and you may also wish to consider adding a flavour shot. These flavours include: hazelnut, butter caramel, french vanilla, mint, and other feature flavours - each taste great when added to coffee and are also sugar free.
The diabetic diet is not just about sugar. The Canadian Diabetes Association recommends limiting total carbohydrate, fat and sodium while increasing nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals. Please feel free to view our online Nutrition Guide for a nutrition breakdown of our products.
