The Tim Hortons Earn-a-Bike Program helps kids experience the value of community spirit. Through volunteering within their communities, kids learn a great lesson in responsibility, while being rewarded with a brand new bike. Working together with our Restaurant Owners support, deserving kids from participating regions can earn a bike.
Tim Hortons Restaurant Owners are proud to sponsor Free Swimming in certain locations.

The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program for children four to eight years old who participate in local house league sports teams. The program's philosophy is not based on winning or losing - but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just taking time out to be a kid.
Tim Hortons currently sponsors over 200,000 children who play on hockey, soccer, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball and ringette teams across Canada and in the United States. Each sponsored team is supplied with Timbits Minor Sports jerseys or T-shirts. Timbits hockey teams are often given the opportunity to play on-ice scrimmages during intermissions at Junior, American Hockey League (AHL) and National Hockey League (NHL) games. Timbits players are also given the opportunity to play in their own "Timbits Jamboree", a fun-filled Tim Hortons sponsored event where everyone receives a prize, food and beverages.
Tim Hortons is committed to building and maintaining programs that support an environmental leadership position. As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, we are pleased to launch our 2011 Litter Awareness Program. This years program is build on the Key message that "When it does not belong it stands out". We will once again be partnering with local community organizations to help host local Community Clean-up Programs, once again demonstrating our leadership role in helping reduce litter where we live, work, and play.
On November 11, the past and the present are one across our land. It's a unity expressed in the poppies we wear to honour the brave Canadians who served their country, both then and now. This Remembrance Day, Tim Hortons encourages you to reflect on all they've given and to wear a poppy.
Together, we can show our veterans we remember them. Then, now, and forever.
Poppies are available at Tim Hortons restaurants across Canada.
